Our forthcoming 2-day Technical Meeting is organised in partnership with INERIS and will be held near Paris in France:
- Day 1 of the event (Wednesday 15th October) will be held at the Chateau de Montvillargenne in Chantilly, France. It will be a full day of technical presentations followed by a drinks reception and dinner.
- Day 2 (Thursday 16th October) will be held at INERIS’ testing facilities in Verneuil-en-Halatte, France, where delegates will witness fire & explosion demonstrations interspersed with technical presentations. We will arrange bus transport between the Chateau de Montvillargenne and INERIS for delegates, and aim to be back at the Chateau de Montvillargenne for 5pm.

In addition, the planned visits and fire & explosion demonstrations at INERIS on Day 2 will take place at the following testing facilities:
- Large-scale facility for abuse tests on batteries;
- Fire testing platform, with a focus on flammable gas and flame detection;
- Explosion platform, with the explosion resistant container.

- There is only a very limited number of places available for this face-to-face Technical Meeting. As such, please book your place as soon as possible. If the event shows as ‘fully booked’, please contact us at fabig@steel-sci.com to be added to the waiting list.
- The FABIG Website's Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to registration for this Technical Meeting. Please note that there will be no refunds for cancellations beyond the 14 days' cancellation period.
- If you wish to attend this event but do not wish to stay at the Chateau de Montvillargenne on the night of Wednesday 15th October, please contact us at fabig@steel-sci.com before registering.
- If you also wish to stay at the Chateau de Montvillargenne on the night of 14th October (before the event), you will need to book your room for that night separately. You can do so via their website at jeanneandtheforest.com. If so, please let us know that you are also staying at the hotel on 14th October via the ‘Special request’ field when booking your place as we can then ensure that the hotel keeps you in the same room for both nights.
